HOW TO ENTER

To enter online, users must like the official BuyBackWorld Facebook page, write on the official BuyBackWorld page detailing why they should win and write a tweet to the official BuyBackWorld Twitter account. Dreven Holdings LLC dba BuyBackworld is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are stolen misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, ineligible or postage due. All entries become the property of BuyBackWorld and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE AND HOW/WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED & NOTIFIED

All electronic and email entries must be received by BuyBackWorld by December 31, 2012. A random drawing of all eligible entries will be no later than Midnight, January 15, 2013 to determine the winner. The Winner will be notified on the date of the drawing at email given at time of entry. Winner will be required to sign and return to BuyBackWorld an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 24 hours of notification. In the event winner does not comply with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and BuyBackWorld reserves the right to either select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries or to cancel the sweepstakes, all in its sole discretion. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years or older. Employees of BuyBackWorld and their spouses, and their families are not eligible. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
