- Functional defects or issues (i.e. malfunctioning touch screen, defective mic or speaker, etc)
- Missing or defective buttons (power, home, touch ID, ringer, mute, back, and/or volume, etc)
- Faulty speaker, earpiece, mic, WiFi, and/or touchscreen
- Broken or cracked hardware (charging ports, casing, etc.)
- Bad ESN or IMEI and is not clear for activation by a new user. We do not accept devices that have been reported lost or stolen.

- All features are fully functional including WiFi, touchscreen, mic, speaker, earpiece, etc.
- Clear ESN or IMEI for activation by a new user

- Plastic film must be still be present on the device
- All original accessories that come with a brand new device must be present
