Functional defects or issues (i.e. malfunctioning touch screen, defective mic or speaker, etc)
Broken or cracked hardware (charging ports, casing, etc.)
Bad ESN or IMEI and is not clear for activation by a new user. We do not accept devices that have been reported lost or stolen.

All features are fully functional including WiFi, touchscreen, mic, speaker, earpiece, etc.

Plastic film must be still be present on the device
